In Central Park on our foraging tour today with Wildman Steve Brill we picked Lamb’s Quarters, Quince, and Black Walnuts

A Forager’s Recipe:

A bunch of lamb’s quarters

Finely diced quince

Chopped walnuts

Saute in coconut oil, add a dash of salt
