Two Recipes

Buckwheat Pecan Pancakes

some buckwheat flour

a pile of pecans

chicken stock

maple syrup

a pinch of salt

blend and cook with ghee

Chia Sunflower Cookies

a bunch of ground chia seeds

a bunch  of ground sunflower seeds

maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

grated lemon rind

ghee

mix into cookie-thick batter and bake at 350 until spongey
